This festive wine was created as a special treat for the holidays.  The soft texture gives abundant  fruit flavors of pomegranate, cranberry and red raspberry with just a touch of tannins for structure.  To achieve its beautiful color, the grapes were harvested 3 weeks prior to our estate Merlot and the skins were in contact with the wine only during press time.  (2.65% Residual Sugar)
