Our 2005 Sauvignon Blanc has a very pleasant complex bouquet with herbal, spicy and floral aromas.  Notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and herbs are also present.  The clean flavors of passion fruit, sage and licorice come through the mouth giving way to refreshing crisp grapefruit and green apples.  This is a very soft and balanced with a crisp finish.
